The practice of awakening through visions of light :
tejasā sūryadīpāder ākāśe śabalīkṛte |
dṛṣṭir niveśyā tatraiva svātmarūpam prakāśate || 76 ||
"One should project one's gaze
at space, filled with the designs
(made) by the light of the sun, of a lamp, etc.
There itself the form of one's Self will shine."
