Yoga de Shiva

L'attention dans les yeux,
Les yeux dans l'espace.
Grand ouvert,
Regard sans visage,
Transparence sans limites,
Le corps retourné
Comme un gant,
L'extérieur devient l'intérieur,
Comme un ciel sans nuages.
Une seule présence,
Nette et vivante.

Tel est le yoga de Shiva.
